Mentorship Program

Connecting transitioning organic producers to mentors.

The AZ TOPP mentorship program builds connections between experienced organic producers and those wanting to transition to organic. The goal is to support transitioning producers throughout the process and create a strong, collaborative network of organic producers across the state.

Mentors and transitioning producers (mentees) will work together throughout the mentorship year and build a communication system tailored for their individual needs and preferences. Neither the mentor or transitioning producer are expected to work on each other’s operations. All crop and livestock producers are welcome to apply anytime, applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
